Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account, password, device, and activity. Student or identity verification does not guarantee a person's conduct or the accuracy of every claim they make.

You may not post illegal, fraudulent, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, or intellectual-property-infringing content; impersonate others; manipulate rankings; scrape the service; distribute malware; or evade safety controls.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant TATAK a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, adapt for display, and distribute it only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the service.

Unless a screen explicitly says otherwise, TATAK is not the buyer, seller, employer, payment processor, or guarantor in member transactions. Check items and counterparties, keep material details in TATAK chat, use safe public meeting places, and do not send deposits or sensitive documents to unknown people.

Run uses precise location during an active session, including in the background when you permit it. Collection stops when you pause, finish, or discard the Run. Do not use Run where doing so is unsafe or unlawful. Scores, areas, and rankings may be corrected, quarantined, rejected, or reversed when quality or integrity checks fail.

We may remove content, limit features, preserve evidence, suspend accounts, or report conduct when reasonably necessary for safety, law, or these Terms. Where available, you may use the appeal process shown in the product.

TATAK is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, a specific ranking outcome, or the conduct of another member. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

You can delete your account in Settings. We may update these Terms and will present material changes as required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms, unless the law requires fresh consent.
