Delete in the app
- Sign in to TATAK.
- Open Me → Settings.
- Open Delete account, enter your password, type DELETE, and confirm.
The app signs out all sessions after completion. This action cannot be undone.
If you cannot sign in
Email privacy@tatak.net from the address registered to your account. State that you want the account deleted. Do not email an identity document unless we specifically request a secure verification method.
What is deleted
Credentials, active sessions, push tokens, notification settings, saved searches, verification images, uploaded media, work profile, precise Run points and private route geometry, and directly identifying profile fields are deleted or de-identified.
What may remain
Public posts or messages may remain under “Deleted user” where needed to preserve other members' conversations, safety evidence, or moderation integrity. Aggregated Run territory and transaction, fraud, dispute, consent, tax, or legal records may be retained when necessary, without using the deleted profile to identify you in the product.
